If you hire someone with a high KnowYourStaff  ‘Similarity Index’ and they do not remain employed in your practice for at least six months,  we will refund or credit the full purchase price of their assessment. The only criteria are that the candidate must have a ‘Similarity Index’ of 80 or higher for the specific position they worked in, and your request must be made within seven months of their original test date.
